Scubaspa was the first project developed by our team in the Maldives — from initial concept and design, through fundraising, to full execution. The project introduced a completely new category of luxury experience: a floating resort combining diving expeditions with a world-class onboard spa.
Over the course of eight years, two custom-built vessels were designed and launched, each offering 20 luxury suites and a full spa and wellness deck. Since their introduction, the Scubaspa fleet has consistently been recognized as the leading liveaboard experience in the Maldives, merging hospitality standards of five-star resorts with the adventure of ocean exploration.
Today, the project is fully commercialized and operates successfully under scubaspa.com, maintaining its position among the top luxury liveaboard brands worldwide.

Kuredhivaru Resort was the second major project developed by our team in the Maldives, following the success of Scubaspa. From concept creation and island acquisition, through architectural design, permitting, and construction management — the project was delivered turnkey, transforming an untouched island in Noonu Atoll into a world-class luxury destination.
The development included both overwater and beachfront villas, a signature spa, and premium dining and recreation facilities. The resort was later acquired and rebranded by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts (Swiss A.G.), marking one of the most successful investment exits in the Maldivian resort sector.
The project reached profitability within its first operational year, generating strong investor returns and establishing a benchmark for design excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable island development in the Maldives.
