2006 - Enchanted by the Maldives
After years of development experience, a bold decision was made — to create something truly extraordinary in this island nation. That’s how it all began.
2010 - Launch of the first ScubaSpa vessel – Yin
Achieving this milestone required building an entire shipyard from scratch, assembling a strong team, securing financing, and showing unwavering determination to overcome countless challenges — experiences that taught us invaluable lessons.
2012 - Launch of the second ScubaSpa vessel - Yan
Empowered by experience and backed by investors’ trust, we built the second ship faster and more efficiently.
2011 - From vision to reality - Kuredhivaru Resort
We carried out the entire process — from the initial idea and island acquisition to the creation of the functional and architectural concept, project supervision, and completion of all administrative procedures leading to the final building permit.
2014 - Project handover (Mövenpick)
Completed in just three years. The project exceeded all expectations, achieving results far beyond initial assumptions. It became a remarkable success and was ultimately acquired by Mövenpick Swiss A.G., the hotel’s international operator.
2025 - A new venture begins!
